Delicious! We started with the meatballs & whipped ricotta. Then followed splitting the cauliflower appetizer. My friend had the chicken for her entree and it was huge!! Good environment and servers were really nice. They even split our salad for us that we were sharing which was such a nice touch!!

This place was recommended to me. Came as a solo diner on a Sunday afternoon, around 4. I got to sit immediately, at the bar. Even at the bar I had amazing service. This place has a charming atmosphere that is great for solo dining, dates, or family meals alike. I had the fresh bread with olive oil and Parmesan cheese- and it was absolutely amazing. It came hot out of the oven, and it was crispy and also soft. Everything you’d want. For my meal I for the meatballs with gnocchi and marinara sauce. That legitimately might be the best sauce I’ve ever eaten. You could serve that on cardboard and I’d eat it. The meatballs were large, but well cooked and not dry. They were tender and delicious. The gnocchi were the right amount of fluffy/soft/chewy. And for dessert, the zeppole. Again, maybe the best I’ve ever eaten. You get four decently sized pieces for only $6, which is a steal. And they come fresh out of the fryer coated in powdered sugar. They have a wonderful texture and a hint of citrus (I think lemon?). I didn’t mean to, but I ate them all! Definitely eat here if you get the chance!

Visited for lunch on a recommendation before the Heinz museum, which was perfect for a quick choice with counter service. The menu had a great selection, as did the bakery cases near the cashier. We were so impressed with how delicious and authentic all of the dishes, sandwiches, and desserts were. The pork sugo was definitely my favorite! Would absolutely come back here any time we find ourselves in Pittsburgh.

Phenomenal home made food. Wait was a little long but expected. Everything was perfectly cooked. Our waitress Alexa totally rocked it. I had forgotten my glasses. She gave great suggestions and was right on. Custom cocktails

I wish we lived closer! We tried this wonderful restaurant while on a recent trip to Pittsburgh and so glad we did! They acommodated our party of 3 last minute on a busy night at the bar. Food is top notch and we had a good view of the amazing staff in and out of the kitchen. Pasta Primavera with Shrimp, Rapini, Gnocchi and Meatballs and the Bolognese Bianco every bite was so delicious. And yummy Tiramisu for dessert.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Pittsburgh. The food is AMAZING and the atmosphere is very nice. We sat near the garage doors so having windows near us was very nice with the natural light. Cannot recommend this place enough. The side salad is definitely shareable and the bread and olive oil is amazing. I did not get a picture of the brussel sprouts but they were also very good. Every single dish does not disappoint. Please try this place!!
